Meeting Room “Business room”
The meeting room “Business Room” is a small, cosy Hall, located on the 7th floor of the complex. It is designed for meetings and communication on equal terms.
The area of the hall is 18 m2.
Location: 7-floor of the hotel.
Maximum capacity of the meeting hall: 10-12 people.
The cost for renting the Hall: 700 rub./h.
The hall is equipped with all necessary equipment, which is included in the rent, such as:
- LCD- TV,
- remote control to switch slides,
- wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi),
- flip chart,
- magnetic marker boards.
For the convenience of our guests there are four areas for buffet, coffee breaks, lunch or dinner:
- lobby bar (located on the 1st floor in front of the entrance to the small Conference Hall, can hold up to 60 people with seating arrangement on sofas and armchairs and up to 120 people with standing buffet seating style);
- Restaurant (located on the 1st floor, it can hold up to 72 seats with the European seating arrangement and up to 130 seats with the banquet seating);
- Banquet Hall for VIP guests (Banquet Hall’s capacity is up to 12-14 guests);
- Balconies zone in the Conference Hall “Grand Hall” (located in the Hall on the 0 floor);
- Panoramic summer terrace (located on the 2nd floor, capacity is up to 150 seats)-works only in summer time.
